Bailey Cottage has a full kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, kettle and fully stocked Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a washing machine available for your use. Basic supplies of tea, instant coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and cooking oils are always available.

The kitchen cupboards will be stocked with a range of cookware, plus all of the tableware, glasses and cutlery you will need to rustle up meals to enjoy in the dining area of this characterful period cottage. 

In the summer, prepare a picnic and enjoy by the river bank only a short stroll away. Picnic rug and basket provided. During the cooler months, enjoy the fully heated accommodation, light the stove and cosy up in the luxurious sitting area with feather cushions and throws and plan the next days adventure.

Sleep soundly in a King size Hypnos bed with high quality Egyptian cotton bedding. If you have allergies or specific preferences then we have hypo-allergenic and non-feather pillows to ensure that you have the most restful sleep whilst you are staying with us.

When not out exploring the wonders of The Yorkshire Dales then relax, watch some TV on the accommodations flatscreen TV with full SKY satellite channels, or listen to music, podcasts or audio books on the supplied Alexa system. Bailey Cottage also has free-to-use Wifi available.

The Bathroom is supplied with Sedbergh toiletries for your use and luxury robes in which to relax.

You will find plenty of walking, cycle maps, guides and visitor attraction information on the book shelves as well as general books for you to enjoy during your stay.
